Rev One Futures Launch Giveaway

By participating in the Rev One Futures Launch Giveaway (the “Giveaway”), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not participate in the Giveaway.
Rev One Futures reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued participation in the Giveaway after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
The Giveaway is sponsored by Rev One Futures (“Sponsor”), a proprietary trading firm. The Sponsor is responsible for all aspects of the Giveaway, including prize fulfillment.
The Giveaway entry period begins on the date the Giveaway is announced and ends at the official Rev One Futures launch date. All entries must be received before the end of the entry period to be eligible. The Sponsor reserves the right to extend or shorten the entry period at its sole discretion.

Limit one (1) entry per person. Multiple entries from the same person will result in disqualification. Entries made by any method other than those stated above are void. Please ensure all your information is accurate before submitting as the form can only be submitted once.
Every qualified participant receives a funded trading account*. Up to 10,000 funded trading accounts will be awarded, with potential to scale up to 25,000 accounts based on participant demand and platform capacity. Each funded account has a $10,000 account size, representing a collective opportunity value exceeding $100,000,000.
Important Account Information:
Accounts are non-transferable and may not be exchanged for cash value. The Sponsor reserves the right to substitute accounts of equal or greater value at its sole discretion. Actual earnings from funded accounts depend entirely on individual trading skill, performance, and adherence to platform trading rules.
*All accounts are simulated funded accounts.
Every eligible participant who completes all entry requirements will receive a funded trading account*. Up to 10,000 accounts are available initially, with potential to scale up to an additional 15,000 accounts (total of 25,000) based on demand. Eligibility will be verified following the close of the entry period.
Qualified participants will be notified via email and Discord direct message regarding their account status and activation timeline. Recipients must respond within fourteen (14) days of notification and complete all onboarding requirements to activate their funded account. Failure to respond or complete onboarding within the specified timeframe may result in forfeiture of the account.
Qualified participants will be required to provide additional information, including identity verification documents, tax identification information, and acceptance of the Rev One Futures trader agreement, before account activation.
By entering the Giveaway, you consent to the collection, use, and storage of your personal information as described herein. The information collected includes but is not limited to: name, email address, country of residence, and Discord account information.
Your information will be used solely for the purpose of administering the Giveaway, including verifying eligibility, selecting winners, and delivering prizes. Your information may also be used to send you marketing communications if you have opted in to receive them.
We will not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties except as necessary to administer the Giveaway or as required by law.
All federal, state, provincial, and local taxes and any other costs and expenses associated with prize acceptance and use not specifically provided for herein are the sole responsibility of the winner. Winners may be required to provide tax identification information and may receive tax forms (such as a 1099 in the United States) for prizes valued at $600 or more.
By participating in the Giveaway, you agree to release and hold harmless Rev One Futures, its affiliates, subsidiaries, officers, directors, employees, and agents from any and all liability for any injuries, losses, or damages of any kind arising from or in connection with the Giveaway or any prize won.
The Sponsor is not responsible for: (a) late, lost, misdirected, damaged, or incomplete entries; (b) technical failures of any kind; (c) any injury or damage to participants' or any other person's computer related to or resulting from participating in the Giveaway; or (d) any other issues arising from participation in the Giveaway.
The Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any participant who: (a) violates these Terms; (b) tampers with the entry process or the operation of the Giveaway; (c) acts in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner; or (d) attempts to undermine the legitimate operation of the Giveaway. Any attempt to deliberately damage any website or undermine the legitimate operation of the Giveaway is a violation of criminal and civil laws. Should such an attempt be made, the Sponsor reserves the right to seek damages to the fullest extent permitted by law.
These Terms and the Giveaway shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States and the state of Florida, without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law. Any disputes arising from or relating to the Giveaway shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Florida.
If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, such provision shall be struck and the remaining provisions shall be enforced to the fullest extent under law.
These Terms, together with the Giveaway Rules, constitute the entire agreement between you and Rev One Futures with respect to the Giveaway and supersede all prior or contemporaneous communications and proposals, whether electronic, oral, or written.
